Is there a basic fee for landline telephony?

There is a monthly base fee of €3 for the provision of landline infrastructure.
This fee is waived with our Internet combo packages and with KufNet PLUS.

How can I hide my phone number?

You can manage your caller ID display using the following codes:

  • Permanently hide: *67
  • Permanently show: *68
  • Hide for one call: *81
  • Show for one call: *82

Simply enter the desired code before the phone number you want to call.

What to do if a specific number cannot be reached?

If you're unable to reach a specific number, it may be due to an individual connection issue. In this case, please contact our SORGLOS Hotline directly for assistance:

How can I set up call forwarding?

You can forward your calls to another number using a simple key combination:

  • Activate call forwarding: Dial 0881xxxxxxxx (replace xxxxxxxx with the destination number). Optionally, confirm with # and hang up.
  • Deactivate call forwarding: Dial 0882 and hang up. Call forwarding will be disabled, and incoming calls will be routed to your number again.
What to do if "Basis" appears on your phone display

If your phone shows “Base,” it means the handset is not connected to the base station. To restore the connection, follow these steps:

  1. Open the menu: Go to Settings on your handset.
  2. Register handset: Select Handset → Register Handset (or similar).
  3. Enter PIN: Use the default PIN 0000.
  4. Place the handset on the base: Set the handset on the base station and wait for a confirmation beep.

After this process, your phone should reconnect to the base. If the issue persists, check the power supply of the base station or restart it.

How do I connect my telephone?

To properly connect your telephone, follow these steps:

  1. Plug the base station into a power outlet.
  2. Connect the base station to your modem.
  3. Insert the telephone cable into the FON1 port on the modem.

How do I connect the FRITZ!Fon to the FRITZ!Box?

To connect your FRITZ!Fon to the FRITZ!Box, follow these steps:

  1. Plug the base station into a power outlet.
  2. Turn on the FRITZ!Fon and wait for it to start up.
  3. – If it doesn’t start automatically, press and hold the red “End call” button until the device powers on.

To pair FRITZ!Fon with the FRITZ!Box:

  1. Follow the instructions on the FRITZ!Fon display.
  2. Press and hold the DECT button on the FRITZ!Box until the FRITZ!Fon confirms the connection.
  3. Once paired, your FRITZ!Fon is ready to use.
